Working Hours: 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday, with potential for overtime.

Interview Process: The hiring manager will conduct 30-minute virtual interviews when ready.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service or automotive repair sales, seeking a career advancement.
  • Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Required experience: At least 2 years.

Job Summary: Acts as the primary liaison for customers to enhance service quality and drive business growth at the branch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main contact for customers, either via phone or in-person, fostering positive relationships.
  • Assess customer needs, collect relevant information, and initiate work orders; provide estimates, develop claims, create repair plans, schedule tasks, and keep customers informed about repair progress.
  • Generate detailed work orders that include diagnostic strategies, estimates, and repair plans, ensuring to review with the Service Supervisor/Team Lead before contacting customers.
  • Collaborate with the Service Supervisor and/or Team Lead to assign job responsibilities.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers; address customer inquiries regarding warranties and clarify charges.
  • Track essential performance metrics for the workshop, focusing on labor efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Top Skills Required:

  2. Experience in a dealership or similar environment.
  3. Proficiency in computer systems.
