Our ideal candidate will provide support and structure to our CEO, working closely with C-Suite employees, Directors, and outside constituents.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to assist with diverse projects, coordinate department meetings, and develop relationships with various departments. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Please note: applicants should be located in the NYC-Tri-State area.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, exercising independent judgment in resolving administrative problems
  • Maintain and update multiple calendars, prioritizing time-sensitive and urgent meetings
  • Perform travel arrangements and reservations as needed
  • Manage and handle confidential information in a timely fashion while maintaining discretion
  • Develop relationships with various departments in coordination of special events, programs, and administrative procedures
  • Receive and track relevant paperwork and electronic documents, including new agreements
  • Review and prioritize responses to calls and emails, when appropriate
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal staff and external clients
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Must be comfortable with technology
  • Must be able to work under pressure, meet multiple deadlines, and maintain a professional demeanor
  • Work independently and conduct assignments to completion within parameters of instructions
  • Understand and follow organizational and departmental policies and procedures
  • Function with ambiguity and autonomously
  • Recognize and maintain confidential information
  • Have a high attention to detail
  • Be resourceful
  • Be analytical and data-driven
  • Demonstrate a high level of tact and integrity
  • Travel 70/30 when requested
Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
