Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Executive Office Coordinator to join our team. This role will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional results.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a strong attention to detail. They will also be able to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate meetings and manage Outlook calendars for senior executives
  • Prepare expense reports, invoices, and other financial documents
  • Manage departmental supplies, coordinate travel arrangements, and handle vendor set-ups
  • Assist with Concur training, troubleshoot issues, and serve as a Super User for the division
  • Coordinate compliance initiatives, generate reports, and distribute documents as needed
  • Serve as a liaison with various departments to address facilities-related issues and inquiries
  • Ensure common areas are well-maintained, organized, and stocked

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience supporting senior executives or teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Able to pay attention to detail and maintain confidentiality
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Salary Range
$24.50 - $35.00 per hour

This is a contract opportunity with the possibility to extend or convert to a permanent position. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package to the successful candidate.
