Executive Office Coordinator

Pacifica Continental is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Office Coordinator to support our day-to-day operations in New York. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments, ensuring the smooth running of our office, and contributing to our team's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Coordinate office activities, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
- Manage travel arrangements, itineraries, and expenses for staff.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Maintain and organize office records, databases, and filing systems.
- Support company events, meetings, and staff activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role or office coordination.
- Fluency in Portuguese.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Salary Estimate: Based on industry standards and location, we estimate this role will offer a competitive salary between $55,000-$65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
