We are looking for a highly skilled Administrative Services, Global Travel professional to join our team as an Executive Office Coordinator. In this role, you will provide top-notch administrative support to the SVP, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and projects.

Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring the SVP's mailbox, creating organizational procedures for email management, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports. You will also be responsible for maintaining the supplier/vendor database, reviewing staff calendars, and liaising with building services and IT support when needed.

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience providing support at the executive level, with a strong background in travel industry management. A compensation package of up to $40.00/hour (W2) is offered for this position.
