Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support services to Principals and Engagement Teams as assigned, assisting with tasks such as research, administration of surveys, billing, shipping, management of office supplies, management of professional association/organization memberships and/or meetings, CPE forms and compliance, miscellaneous special projects.
  • Maintain electronic calendars (MS Outlook), coordinate appointments, organize meetings, resolve conflicts, manage meeting logistics (scheduling, set-up, catering, etc.).
  • Coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Assist with weekly Time & Expense entry and act as a delegate for approvals as needed.
  • Assist with the preparation, review, proofreading, and formatting of deliverables, engagement letters, presentations, proposals, marketing efforts, etc.
  • Prepare and disseminate reports and assist with system data entry.
  • Assist with event planning and execution.
  • Assist with new client set ups

  • Demonstrated ability to produce a quality work product after moderate review.

Benefits and Requirements
