Human Resources - Onboarding Coordinator

Role Overview
We are seeking an Onboarding Coordinator who will be responsible for crafting an outstanding onboarding journey for new hires. This position encompasses various facets of recruitment assistance while managing all onboarding initiatives to ensure a seamless experience for all new employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and operational support to recruitment activities.
  • Conduct background checks and verifications.
  • Initiate onboarding documentation upon acceptance of job offers.
  • Welcome new hires and explain the onboarding process.
  • Ensure the accuracy of job postings and compliance with branding guidelines.
  • Maintain employee data entry in the HR system.
  • Respond to requests for recruitment materials and ensure availability for hiring managers.
  • Assist in scheduling candidate interviews as required.
  • Generate and distribute reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition.
  • Support outreach efforts and maintain compliance with recruitment regulations.
  • Participate in departmental projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Promote job openings through various channels in collaboration with the Marketing team.
  • Coordinate with IT to manage employee credentials and equipment tracking.
  • Review and enhance current processes for continuous improvement.
  • Organize and update Talent Acquisition documents and resources.
  • Facilitate HR orientation for new hires to promote HR programs and policies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Associate Degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years in an HR support role within a recruitment context is strongly preferred.
  • Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail.
  • Passionate about employee engagement and process improvement.
  • Experience with HRIS systems is required; familiarity with Dayforce is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to create pivot tables, charts, and perform vlookups.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of employment laws is preferred.
