Key Responsibilities
  • Source and interview candidates for assigned job openings, effectively managing time and priorities.
  • Design and execute innovative recruitment strategies both online and within the local community, identifying key sources for talent acquisition.
  • Conduct applicant interviews in a timely and professional manner.
  • Evaluate applications and reach out to qualified candidates, actively promoting the organization and available positions.
  • Implement engagement strategies aimed at enhancing caregiver retention and satisfaction.
  • Manage up to 15 job requisitions simultaneously.
  • Track and maintain recruitment metrics.
  • Potential for a hybrid work schedule following the completion of training.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field is required.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and job boards such as Workable, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to listen.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Proven problem-solving abilities with a capacity to organize and prioritize multiple high-priority projects.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • A strong sense of urgency in meeting deadlines.
