Key Responsibilities
  • Source and interview candidates for all assigned positions while effectively managing time.
  • Design and execute innovative recruitment strategies both online and within the local community, identifying key sources for talent acquisition.
  • Conduct applicant interviews in a timely and professional manner.
  • Review applications and engage with qualified candidates, actively promoting the organization and available positions.
  • Implement strategies to enhance caregiver retention and satisfaction.
  • Handle up to 15 job requisitions concurrently.
  • Track and maintain recruitment metrics.
  • Potential for a hybrid work schedule following the completion of training.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field is required.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and job boards such as Workable, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn is essential.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong listening abilities.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems while managing multiple high-priority projects.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, capable of working independently.
  • Ability to meet deadlines with a sense of urgency.
