We are currently seeking an Onboarding Manager who will be responsible for crafting an outstanding onboarding journey for all new hires. This position will encompass various aspects of recruitment assistance while managing all onboarding initiatives to ensure a seamless experience.
- Offer administrative, operational, and project support to our recruitment initiatives.
- Conduct background investigations and verifications through E-Verify.
- Initiate onboarding documentation upon acceptance of job offers.
- Welcome new hires and outline the onboarding process for each individual.
- Ensure the accuracy of job postings and that the career site adheres to branding guidelines in accordance with company policy and Talent Acquisition best practices.
- Input employee data into Dayforce on a daily basis.
- Respond to inquiries for recruitment materials, directing the appropriate resources; ensure hiring managers and applicants have access to necessary recruitment materials.
- Assist with scheduling candidate interviews as required.
- Create, analyze, and distribute essential reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition as necessary.
- Support OFCCP outreach efforts and maintain compliance in all recruitment programs.
- Participate in and assist with departmental projects and activities as requested.
- Promote job openings through social media and other job boards in collaboration with the Marketing team.
- Collaborate with IT to secure employee credentials and track equipment.
- Review current processes for ongoing opportunities for enhancement.
- Manage and centralize Talent Acquisition documents and resources; update materials as necessary.
- Promote HR programs and policies to new employees during HR orientation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Associate Degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in an HR support role within a recruitment environment is strongly preferred.
- Must be a self-starter with a keen attention to detail.
- Passion for engaging with employees and a drive to enhance existing processes.
- Experience with an HRIS is required; Dayforce is strongly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to create pivot tables, charts, and conduct vlookups strongly preferred.
- Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws is preferred.
