AmeriPro Roofing Job Opportunity

AmeriPro Roofing, a leading residential roofing contractor, is seeking a skilled Outside Sales Representative to join their team in the Columbus metro area. As a key member of the sales team, you will play a crucial role in educating and informing homeowners about their entitlements through storm damage-related roofing, siding, and gutter projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect, qualify, identify, and close new sales opportunities through targeted canvassing, referrals, preset leads, networking, and social media.
  • Manage and maximize assigned territory to achieve sales goals.
  • Conduct exterior property inspections to identify wind and hail damage.
  • Convert inspections to claims filed and contracts signed.
  • Review scope of work and sign contracts with homeowners.
  • Meet with insurance adjusters on property and collect funds and insurance deductibles from homeowners.
  • Obtain referrals from customers on approved sales and networking.
  • Build relationships by earning trust with homeowners through under-promising and over-delivering.
  • Educate customers on the industry, products, and AmeriPro's policies and procedures.
  • Methodically manage the sales pipeline via the company's CRM.
  • Maintain constant communication with sales leadership, homeowners, and office staff.
  • Prepare and attend weekly sales meetings.
  • Follow AmeriPro's Sales System, policies, processes, and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of proven full-cycle sales experience (preferred but not required).
  • A reliable working vehicle with insurance coverage (10 years or newer preferred to qualify for allowance).
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • A smartphone capable of downloading apps and taking pictures.
  • Industry knowledge (a plus but not required).
  • Previous experience using a CRM platform (required).
  • Experience following a documented consultative sales system (preferred).
  • Self-sufficiency and ability to work independently.
  • Dedication to personal career development by reaching set goals.
  • A valid driver's license (any state applicable).
  • 21 years of age or older (preferred for insurance purposes).
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Performance-based pay (based on activities).
  • Commission on approved sales.
  • $62,400 - $266,000 per year (expected yearly earnings).
  • Vehicle allowance (for qualifying vehicles).
