Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Utilize various sales strategies to target territory growth across distributors and major accounts
- Prospect into new accounts and onboard new customers
- Develop, manage and grow existing industrial accounts in assigned territory
- Identify and develop relationships with dealers and distributors to grow your territory
- Conduct sales calls (onsite and virtual) with new accounts
- Track prospects and sales activities in CRM
- Collaborate cross departmentally to facilitate sales
- Create agreements for sales and manage internal sales agreement review process
- Meet or exceed sales goals for direct sales and through channel partners
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in sales, marketing or related area of study
- 3+ years selling into the industrial, OEM, or manufacturing sectors
- Previous experience selling direct to major accounts
- Proven experience developing sales strategy, distribution network sales channels and territories
- Experience tracking sales activities in CRM system
**Must be able to work in our Brooklyn Park Office Daily, this is an in-office position**
