Inside Sales Representative Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Jobot. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize various sales strategies to target territory growth across distributors and major accounts
  • Prospect into new accounts and onboard new customers
  • Develop, manage and grow existing industrial accounts in assigned territory
  • Identify and develop relationships with dealers and distributors to grow your territory
  • Conduct sales calls (onsite and virtual) with new accounts
  • Track prospects and sales activities in CRM
  • Collaborate cross departmentally to facilitate sales
  • Meet or exceed sales goals for direct sales and through channel partners
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in sales, marketing or related area of study
  • 3+ years selling into the industrial, OEM, or manufacturing sectors
  • Previous experience selling direct to major accounts
  • Proven experience developing sales strategy, distribution network sales channels and territories
  • Experience tracking sales activities in CRM system
