Job Summary:

Penske Truck Leasing is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lease Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, conducting sales calls and customer visits within your assigned territory to diverse customers and executives to help fulfill their transportation and financial needs through full-service truck leasing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and qualify new business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase their volume and revenue of business with Penske Truck Leasing
  • Conduct sales calls and customer visits to present and demonstrate the value of Penske's full-service truck leasing solutions
  • Manage a sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue quotas
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide exceptional customer service and support
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of sales and customer service experience, with a preference for the service and transportation industry
  • High school degree or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Strong communication, organization, and influencing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
