Role Overview:
The Technology Organization at Visa is a hub of innovators and problem solvers redefining the commerce landscape. We manage the most advanced processing networks, capable of executing over 65,000 secure transactions per second across a vast network of merchants and financial institutions.

As a Lead System Architect, you will spearhead the design and execution of projects within public cloud environments, particularly focusing on Microsoft Azure. Your expertise in various technological domains will be crucial, encompassing applicable processes, methodologies, standards, products, and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and document architectural frameworks, capturing non-functional requirements, and preparing estimates for technical solutions.
- Lead the architecture design while actively participating in implementation.
- Guide project teams through the complete design-to-deployment lifecycle, addressing technical challenges and ensuring seamless execution.
- Collaborate with Operations, Cybersecurity, and Product Development teams to establish Hybrid cloud solutions that meet technological, regulatory, and competitive demands.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience with advanced degrees.
- Proven expertise in Azure, including the design and implementation of enterprise-level solutions.
- Strong background in cloud architecture, engineering, or development, with hands-on experience in public cloud infrastructure frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a global environment.

Work Environment:
This is a hybrid role, requiring in-office presence 2-3 days a week, as determined by departmental needs.

Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this position is between $139,800 and $181,800, which may include potential incentive payments. Salary may vary based on experience, skills, and location.
