We pride ourselves on offering luxurious experiences tailored for both newcomers and seasoned spa enthusiasts, available seven days a week with flexible hours.

We are currently in search of responsible, reliable, and enthusiastic individuals to become part of our thriving spa community.

These roles are available in both part-time and full-time capacities and will report directly to our Spa Manager and Assistant Managers.

This position involves assisting clients daily with membership sales and delivering outstanding customer service, while fostering a positive atmosphere for our team.

You will be instrumental in shaping the spa experience for every guest who visits us. Collaborating with your team, you will work towards achieving sales objectives.

Your role will create an environment where everyone can thrive and achieve remarkable outcomes in their personal and professional lives.


A Typical Day

  • You will be present on the sales floor during each shift, responsible for all aspects of sales and guest satisfaction.
  • You will maintain your personal membership sales above target by engaging in roleplay, educating clients, and collaborating effectively.
  • You will adeptly manage multiple tasks such as answering calls, scheduling appointments, welcoming guests, and processing payments.
  • You will proactively assist clients and colleagues whenever needed.
  • The spa lobby will be your responsibility, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and efficient at all times.
  • You will regularly seek constructive feedback to enhance your performance and engage in meaningful discussions with staff.

Requirements

  • Impeccable personal presentation, along with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and multitask efficiently while focusing on the guest experience.
  • Flexibility in availability to meet the business's needs, which may vary over time.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Compensation and Benefits
