Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently manage guest check-ins and check-outs with a warm and professional demeanor
  • Provide detailed information regarding hotel services, room availability, pricing, and amenities
  • Assist guests in resolving any issues to guarantee complete satisfaction
  • Conduct cash handling and credit card transactions accurately
  • Perform audits and balance reports on all financial transactions, including checks, deposits, and house charges, in line with established protocols
  • Execute any additional tasks as assigned by management
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a hotel front desk or receptionist role
  • Familiarity with hotel reservation systems, such as OnQ or Opera
  • Strong background in customer service
  • Outstanding communication and organizational abilities
  • Availability for evening shifts from 3 PM to 11 PM is preferred
