A Guest Services Representative plays a crucial role in selling accommodations and assisting guests, ensuring the hotel maintains its commitment to exceptional service and financial success. This role primarily operates during the evening shift from 3 to 11 p.m., with opportunities for mid-day or morning shifts for those seeking additional hours. Both full-time and part-time positions are available based on candidate preferences.

Key Qualifications:
  • Possess a friendly demeanor, be a collaborative team member, and have a passion for delivering superior guest service.
  • Availability to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by business demands.
  • Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • A high school diploma is mandatory; a 2-year or 4-year college degree is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Hilton OnQ is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
  • Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and multitasking capabilities are necessary.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of guest interactions efficiently and courteously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and internet platforms.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Experience with cash handling and basic accounting skills.
  • Maintain high standards of personal grooming and appearance, adhering to the appropriate dress code.
  • Operate the hotel phone system professionally and courteously.
  • Take responsibility for resolving service issues raised by guests.
  • Engage in scheduled departmental and administrative meetings and participate in special company events as needed.
