Key Qualifications:
- Possess a friendly demeanor, be a collaborative team member, and have a passion for delivering superior guest service.
- Availability to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by business demands.
- Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field is highly preferred.
- A high school diploma is mandatory; a 2-year or 4-year college degree is preferred.
- Familiarity with Hilton OnQ is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and multitasking capabilities are necessary.
- Ability to manage a high volume of guest interactions efficiently and courteously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and internet platforms.
- Ability to perform well under pressure.
- Experience with cash handling and basic accounting skills.
- Maintain high standards of personal grooming and appearance, adhering to the appropriate dress code.
- Operate the hotel phone system professionally and courteously.
- Take responsibility for resolving service issues raised by guests.
- Engage in scheduled departmental and administrative meetings and participate in special company events as needed.
