Your Role:

As a Sales Operations Leader, you will:

  • Collaborate with senior management to align your team with strategic objectives.
  • Utilize your leadership skills to mentor and develop team members through coaching and personalized training.
  • Work closely with sales, customer success, and marketing teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, ideally within the SaaS industry.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Familiarity with SaaS sales methodologies.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Compensation: Competitive base salary, commission structure, and equity options.
