The Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the success of Clear Channel Communications, Inc. by collaborating with various departments including sales, marketing, real estate, research, and creative teams. This position is essential for fostering the growth of both new and existing business ventures to optimize revenue streams. The ideal candidate will be adept at crafting tailored solutions and presentations that enhance brand visibility and assist clients in achieving their objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Regional Marketing Leader and Regional Sales Leader to align strategies that support outreach, customer assessments, and the creation of compelling presentations aimed at revenue generation.
- Provide actionable insights and opportunities to Account Executives that reflect a deep understanding of client needs and the solutions offered by Clear Channel.
- Identify vertical opportunities and prospects through thorough industry research, media expenditure analysis, and market relevance assessments.
- Ensure that Sales Leaders and Account Executives are well-informed about the value of Clear Channel's RADAR Data Suite and other key data platforms.
- Utilize data platforms to derive insights that assist Sales Leadership in identifying and nurturing key regional and local clients.
- Guide Account Executives in utilizing in-house marketing resources efficiently to expedite processes.
- Work closely with Sales Leadership and Account Executives to develop innovative ideas and strategies for client presentations.
- Participate actively in client meetings alongside Account Executives to reinforce the value of Clear Channel's RADAR Data Suite and related insights.
- Collaborate with Real Estate and Public Affairs to create marketing materials and strategies for newly developed or converted inventory.
- Oversee and mentor the photography team to ensure timely delivery of photo proof-of-performance for various clients.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
- A minimum of 5 years in Marketing, Advertising, or Media is preferred, with experience in digital media and ad sales marketing being advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and creative design software (Photoshop, Canva, InDesign).
- Experience with media metrics such as GRP, reach, and frequency is preferred.
- Presentation Skills: Capable of preparing and delivering engaging presentations in various settings.
- Vision and Alignment: Effectively communicates organizational vision and values to ensure alignment.
- Advertising and Promotion: Develops marketing materials that align with business objectives.
- Achievement Orientation: Focuses on meeting challenges and achieving high-quality results.
- Market Research: Analyzes market and consumer data to inform marketing strategies.
- Planning and Organization: Effectively sets priorities and allocates resources to meet goals.
