Job Responsibilities
Key Performance Indicators:
- Actively seeking, qualifying, and securing new client accounts.
- Managing and enhancing existing Bridgestone partnerships.
- Creating and presenting product demonstrations, marketing initiatives, and program support.
- Anticipating product requirements through effective forecasting.
- Building and nurturing a high-performing sales team of 4-6 dynamic outside sales professionals.

Qualifications
Essential Skills:
- Bachelor's degree.
- A minimum of 4 years of sales experience, with a proven track record in acquiring new business and managing existing customer relationships. Management experience of 4+ years is preferred but not mandatory.
- Innovative mindset with the ability to devise strategies for customer growth and lead generation.
- Capability to understand customer needs, formulate success strategies, execute plans, and assess outcomes, with flexibility to adapt for sustainable growth.
- Strong communication skills to engage in high-level discussions with decision-makers.

Preferred Experience:
- In-depth knowledge of the tire industry and competitive landscape.
