The Senior Sales Manager plays a crucial role in effectively engaging with and understanding all accounts within designated market segments. This position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and successfully closing deals within the assigned territory to enhance hotel revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and accounts.
  2. Collaborate with the Director of Sales to oversee and coordinate all sales-related functions.
  3. Participate in daily sales activities, including lead generation and follow-up.
  4. Conduct thorough site inspections and present the hotel’s offerings to potential clients.
  5. Monitor and analyze market trends to inform sales strategies.
  6. Prepare and submit reports on sales activities and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

Candidates should possess a minimum of four years of progressive experience in hotel sales or a related field, or hold a relevant degree with appropriate experience. A valid driver's license is required.

Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements:
