Job Summary

Vaco is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Delray Beach, FL. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and emails
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, and conference room reservations
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and security
  • Assist with special projects, events, and initiatives as needed
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a corporate office environment
  • Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
