Administrative Assistant

Cynet Systems is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide critical support to our Clinical Lab Supervisor, ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory services.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Clinical Lab Supervisor, including maintaining calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing agendas and minutes of meetings.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with reference laboratories, physicians, and other departments to ensure seamless communication of patient results and other laboratory information.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient files, employee records, and departmental documents.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory control of office supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary materials are available when needed.
- Special Projects: Assist with special projects, such as updating the Clinical Lab Policy/Procedure manual and maintaining the Clinical Lab Safety Manual.
- Experience: At least three years of full-time, or equivalent part-time, experience in office work or any equivalent combination of the required experience and the substitutions below.
- Education: Diploma for completion of a two-year, full-time, or equivalent part-time, program in a recognized, non-degree granting business or secretarial school level may be substituted for a maximum of two years of the required experience.
- Microsoft Office: Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
