Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Guest Services Supervisor to lead our front desk operations at StepStone Hospitality Inc. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hotel management and thrive in a high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure exceptional quality of guest service standards.
  • Meet financial targets while optimizing revenue and managing expenses within the guest services department.
  • Formulate both short-term and long-term financial and operational strategies that align with the hotel's overall goals.
  • Supervise all operational aspects, including Engineering and Housekeeping, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Address and resolve guest issues in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant General Manager.
  • Enhance guest satisfaction through outstanding service and staff development initiatives.
  • Oversee the reservation process to maximize room occupancy and average daily rates through effective suggestive selling techniques.
  • Implement and maintain procedures for financial transactions, credit control, and the security of financial assets.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, complaints, or requests.
  • Utilize various office and accounting software accurately and efficiently.
