Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee the activities of the service staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts, to ensure seamless operations.
- Act as the main liaison for guests, guaranteeing that all service interactions are conducted with the utmost professionalism.
- Provide guidance and training to both new and existing team members, emphasizing service excellence, product knowledge, and effective guest engagement.
- Manage the logistics of service, including guest seating arrangements, order management, and personalized dining experiences.
- Supervise the preparation and presentation of beverages, ensuring compliance with our quality standards.
- Address and resolve escalated guest inquiries and concerns, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
