About the Role:
Foresight Mental Health is seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Associate to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a critical role in growing and maintaining our referral network and business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Business Development Lead to implement strategies for increasing referrals and expanding our network.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners and key stakeholders through regular engagement and quality assurance initiatives.
- Manage the day-to-day lead process, ensuring timely communication with referral sources and internal teams.
- Utilize CRM tools to automate and streamline outreach processes.
- Conduct outreach to potential referral partners through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Organize and coordinate community outreach events and activities.
- Identify and maintain Foresight's presence on local databases and email chains.
- Collaborate with clinical leadership as necessary to help with account development.
- Develop compelling marketing materials, including flyers and promotional content.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or healthcare administration.
- 3+ years of successful experience developing strategic partnerships with provider organizations.
- Residence in CA, preferably in the Los Angeles area.
- Experience calling on managers, executives, and discharge decision makers within all sized organizations.
- Experience with CRM tools.
- Highly energetic and motivated, with strong attention to detail.
- A passion for increasing access to mental health care.
- Exceptional presentation, public speaking, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficient in problem-solving skills and addressing client needs.
- Strong computer skills, including Google Suite and CRM software.
What We Offer:
- Full-time, exempt position with a base salary of $66,500 and total earning potential of up to $75,000 with incentive opportunity.
