Job Title: Business Development Associate

McKenna Motor Company, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Associate to join our team. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Respond to all incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and other leads on a daily basis.
  • Support business in meeting goals established by dealership management.
  • Develop and maintain a database of prospective customers for products and services.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of six (6) months of customer service experience required.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions.
  • Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others.
  • High school diploma required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Call center experience in an automotive dealership environment, highly preferred.
  • Bilingual preferred.
