Job Title: Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Minitab. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, customer success, or business development
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Business intelligence and statistical analytics experience a plus
