Key Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Management and Oversight: Assume responsibility for designated areas, including the review and posting of transactions, while offering insights into trends, risks, and discrepancies. Develop and implement accounting procedures to enhance efficiency and precision. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  • Compliance with Accounting Standards: Maintain a thorough understanding of and ensure adherence to corporate, legal, and local accounting regulations. Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual reports in accordance with various accounting standards. Manage intercompany transactions, including support for transfer pricing. Create and maintain essential supporting schedules and reconciliations.
  • Research and Financial Analysis: Support the investigation of accounting standards and requirements for potential expansion and collaborate with Human Resources and Legal teams to ensure compliance with local regulations and employer record-keeping. Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience in both public and private sectors preferred.
  • Experience in international business is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related discipline.
  • CPA certification is mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel domestically or internationally as necessary; travel is expected to be less than 10%.
