Job Summary

The Wholesale Account Manager is a critical role at AYR Wellness, responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our wholesale partners. This position requires a sales-oriented individual who can effectively communicate with our customers and promote our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute all sales efforts for our wholesale accounts, including developing new business opportunities and driving sales with existing accounts.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, while maintaining a strong understanding of customer and competitor trends.
  • Monitor customer and competitor trends, providing regular market analysis and insights to inform business decisions.
  • Schedule and coordinate events to promote our brand and educate our partners and patients on our products.
  • Build upon our existing base of customer relationships and industry expertise, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Develop and implement promotional plans, advertising programs, and educational initiatives to drive sales with customers.
  • Source and monitor new business opportunities, assisting with sales contracts and maintaining a database of contacts for each of our wholesale partners.
  • Create excitement and coordinate the launch of new wholesale products, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Solicit wholesale orders and assist in the customer-facing fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
Requirements
  • A strong track record in B2B sales, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales plans while building strong customer relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree and/or at least 4 years' experience in B2B wholesale sales, preferably in the cannabis industry.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to recognize and respond to changing trends and priorities.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines, with strong time management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Always demonstrates high ethical and professional standards, with honesty and integrity in all interactions.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and own auto insurance, with frequent local travel up to 75%.
