Business Development Manager

Oasis Financial is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with personal injury attorneys and firms in the New York area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a book of business from our attorney clients, utilizing our proprietary database to generate leads.
- Collaborate with the inside sales team to develop a target list of high-volume law firms and expand our business presence.
- Travel to and meet with targeted law firms in your region, ensuring attorney satisfaction through excellent service.
- Develop and expand relationships with attorneys and paralegals at targeted law firms, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Win new business from attorneys who have previously sent Oasis a limited amount of business.
- Responsible for specific territories and will need to travel for face-to-face visits weekly.
- Ability to work toward specific business goals and quotas.
- College graduate
- 3+ years of outside sales experience – proven track record of success
- 60% travel throughout the region
- Legal / personal injury experience, and/or experience selling to attorneys and law firms a plus
- Proven results working alone in a self-motivated environment
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, and listening ability
- Proven results in consultative selling
