Job Title: Outside Sales Representative - HVAC

S.A. Comunale Co., Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling new HVAC recurring maintenance contracts and additional project work to existing and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow our service maintenance base by selling commercial HVAC service products and solutions to new and existing customers.
  • Maintain relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Work with other branch personnel to ensure great customer service from order to delivery.
  • Perform customer surveys to determine opportunities for enhanced energy efficiency through equipment replacement and proactive predictive maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain vendor relations.
  • Obtain all necessary licenses and certifications to perform job functions.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of sales experience selling HVAC services in a business-to-business environment.
  • At least 5 years of HVAC field experience or related industry experience.
  • Ability to read job specifications to determine proper product use.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous tasks.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clear driving record.
