Job Title: Outside Sales Representative - HVAC

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team at S.A. Comunale Co., Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling new HVAC recurring maintenance contracts and additional project work to existing and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow our service maintenance base by selling commercial HVAC service products and solutions to new and existing customers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Work closely with other branch personnel to provide exceptional customer service from order to delivery.
  • Perform customer surveys to identify opportunities for enhanced energy efficiency through equipment replacement and proactive predictive maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Obtain necessary licenses and certifications to perform job functions.
  • Complete scheduling and execution of monthly calls as assigned by management.
  • Execute all company processes and complete required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Enhance sales skills and product knowledge to promote a professional image in the field.
  • Read architectural and mechanical drawings to determine proper HVAC locations for new construction and remodel projects.
  • Make regular site visits to projects and coordinate material flow to foremen on site.
  • Maintain frequent communication with the Executive VP of HVAC & Mechanical.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of sales experience selling HVAC services in a business-to-business environment.
  • At least 5 years of HVAC field experience or related industry experience.
  • Ability to read job specifications to determine proper product use.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous tasks.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clear driving record required.
