Job Title: National Account RepresentativeThe primary function of this role is to manage customer-specific requests related to inspection and service of fire protection systems.
The Company goal is to continuously grow the revenues of the National Accounts department while maintaining profits, satisfying customers' requirements, and staying compliant with required guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule Service and Inspection: Schedule service and inspection of customer sites on demand.
- Follow-up on Outstanding Work Orders: Perform follow-up as necessary on outstanding work orders.
- Maintain Subcontractor Relations: Maintain subcontractor relations and negotiate rates as needed.
- Provide Phone Coverage: Provide phone coverage for assigned account(s) as well as overflow.
- Maintain Profitable Margins: Maintain profitable margins on work orders.
- Primary Customer Service Contact: Be the primary customer service contact for assigned account(s).
- Cross-training: Cross-train to perform any job occupation as determined by the Company.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Background: Background in construction or account rep. experience preferred.
- Organizational Skills: Proven organizational skills.
- Multi-tasking: Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Microsoft Office: Proven knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (Particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) required.
- Call Center Experience: 3+ years experience in a call center or customer service environment required.
- Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills and the ability and willingness to learn new systems and processes required.
