Position: National Account Representative
The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee customer-specific requests related to the inspection and servicing of fire protection systems. The objective is to consistently enhance the revenue of the National Accounts division while ensuring profitability, meeting customer expectations, and adhering to necessary regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinating service and inspections for customer locations as required.
- Conducting follow-ups on pending work orders.
- Managing subcontractor relationships and negotiating pricing as necessary.
- Providing telephone support for assigned accounts and overflow inquiries.
- Ensuring profitable margins on service orders.
- Acting as the primary customer service liaison for designated accounts.
- Cross-training to perform various job functions as needed by the organization.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate the ability to fulfill each essential duty effectively. The following qualifications are indicative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required:
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Experience in construction or account management is preferred.
- Strong organizational capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is essential.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service setting is required.
- Excellent customer service skills and a willingness to learn new systems and processes are crucial.
