Wells Fargo is embracing a collaborative work environment, returning to the office three days a week to achieve outstanding results.

We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Executive Administrative Coordinator to support two of our most active executives in the Cyber division. In this role, you will experience a fulfilling day filled with achievements in a setting where your contributions truly matter.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage extensive calendaring, intricate travel arrangements, comprehensive document preparation, and expense report submissions.
  • Assist in organizing projects, offsite meetings, and events.
  • Support budget management and compile statistical data for financial analysis.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource on group and company policies.
  • Receive guidance from supervisors while exercising judgment within defined parameters to enhance your understanding of the Administrative Support function.
  • Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and managers to address challenges and achieve objectives.
  • Exhibit advanced proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 6 months of experience in Executive Administration or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office Suite Products.
Desired Qualifications:

Experience with SharePoint and collaboration tools is preferred.

Travel Requirements: Up to 10 percent.
