Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

This role involves overseeing schedules, organizing meetings, assisting in the documentation of meeting notes, facilitating employee onboarding and offboarding processes, managing access requests for facilities, coordinating travel logistics, supporting expense reporting, and performing various administrative tasks as required.

Daily tasks may include, but are not limited to, calendar management, preparation of meeting agendas, and organization of presentation materials.

Essential Qualifications:

Proficient administrative skills
Strong command of MS Office Suite, including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
