Job Summary

We are seeking an Executive Support Specialist for a worldwide leader in electronic components and services, offering comprehensive support to makers and manufacturers throughout the entire product development and delivery process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide a variety of administrative support or specialized administrative duties for a department, region, site, group, or individual executive, including calendar maintenance and scheduling, phone responsibilities, greeting visitors, travel arrangements, expense reports, presentation preparation, meeting coordination, budget preparation, and reporting, recordkeeping, and other activities.
  • Policy and Procedure Knowledge: Possess general knowledge of company policies and procedures to relay or interpret information, resolve problems within the area, or refer to the appropriate party for resolution or exception consideration.
  • Liaison and Communication: Serve as a liaison between executives, managers, staff, customers, and visitors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Research and Analysis: Research and abstract complex information in preparation for meetings and special projects, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Correspondence and Reporting: Draft responses to correspondence, research and compile information for special projects, or prepare reports as required, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Able to work on complex problems that require significant judgment and initiative.
  • Able to work under minimal guidance and assigned in the form of desired expectations.
  • Able to use independent judgment to determine the best approach and creativity to achieve maximum results and handle new situations.
  • Typically 5+ years of experience are needed in administrative support to an executive, department, region, site, or group.
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
