Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical program management within the pharmaceutical sector, with a proven history of delivering complex projects successfully.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, with the ability to generate and optimize key metrics related to program management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in addressing technical challenges and resolving conflicts within project teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities in guiding cross-functional teams towards shared objectives, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Agile Scrum Master, or additional relevant certifications.
  • Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.
