- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, with the ability to generate and optimize key metrics related to program management.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in addressing technical challenges and resolving conflicts within project teams.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in guiding cross-functional teams towards shared objectives, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Agile Scrum Master, or additional relevant certifications.
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.
