Key Responsibilities
• Manage the schedules of partners and managing directors, including coordinating meetings and handling communications.
• Ensure the timely completion of daily responsibilities such as emails, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Professionally engage with clients and internal teams through effective communication.
• Document action items and take detailed notes during meetings.
• Assist in preparing for client engagements and participating in meetings.
• Support the execution of business development initiatives.
• Address unexpected projects as they arise.
• Aid partners and managing directors in achieving their performance objectives.
• Regular tasks include scheduling, generating reports, managing client setups, and facilitating internal communications.
• Proven experience in an executive support role or similar administrative capacity is essential.
• Strong proficiency in the MS Office suite is required.
• Ability to prioritize daily tasks effectively.
• Capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
