Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

George Kaiser Family Foundation (GKFF) is a charitable organization dedicated to providing an equal opportunity for young children in Tulsa through investments in early childhood education, community health, social services, and civic enhancement. We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support our programs team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the programs team, including typing, managing calendars, scheduling, correspondence, expense reports, credit card reconciliation, and filing.
  • Assist with meeting preparation and arrangements, including catering, room setup, basic IT support, and preparation of materials.
  • Coordinate travel planning and assistance with destination details for GKFF staff as assigned.
  • Deliver mail to relevant staff members and maintain confidentiality in all written and verbal correspondence.
  • Support special projects, including preparing scheduled reports, coordinating mass communication, editing, formatting, and finalizing materials.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or G.E.D. with at least 3 years of experience providing support for executive officers.
  • An associate's or bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of experience providing support for executive officers is preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, adaptability, and willingness to learn new technology.
  • Discretion and trustworthiness in handling sensitive or confidential information.
