About the Role

Capstone Search Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Benefits Specialist to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading international brokerage firm and contribute to the success of their entrepreneurial and highly successful associates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer various benefits plans, including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, life insurance, short and long term disability, flexible spending accounts, wellness plans, and retirement plans.
  • Process and audit benefits billing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage employee benefit records, perform data entry in HRIS/BenAdmin systems, and oversee benefits enrollment, retirement, and other transactions.
  • Prepare benefit deductions for payroll and perform payroll reconciliation.
  • Collect and analyze health care data using utilization reports from vendors/carriers.
  • Coordinate annual open enrollment activities, oversee preparation and assembly of materials, and supervise the input, audit, company notification, and employee confirmation of changes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong working knowledge of HRIS/benefit administration systems.
  • Good understanding of federal laws such as ERISA, HIPAA, and COBRA, along with applicable state regulations.
  • Familiarity with carrier administration systems.

Compensation and Benefits:

$75-85,000 + full benefits package + bonus + hybrid work schedule
