Our client, a leading food supplement company in Chicago, Illinois, is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to join their dynamic team.
Job Summary:The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding market presence in the food supplement industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious professional with a passion for sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles, preferably within the food supplement or related industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.
- Competitive salary range: $120,000 to $180,000.
