Job Opportunity:

The Planet Group is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join their Core Technology staffing practice. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for identifying, building, and maintaining client relationships to drive business growth.

Your key responsibilities will include establishing staffing partnerships with client companies, collaborating with our recruiting team to present top-tier candidates, and developing comprehensive account strategies to win new business.

You will also be responsible for communicating new job openings, closings, and feedback from clients to ensure strong candidate matches and timely interviews. Additionally, you will work with other Planet Group sales teams to upsell all Planet Group Staffing services.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in the staffing, recruiting, or consulting industry, preferably in SDLC, Front/Mobile/Back End, Mobile Dev, QA, DBA, ETL, BI, Data Science, DevOps, Infrastructure, Business Analyst/Project Management, etc.
  • Strong customer relationship building and negotiation skills
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and self-management
  • Ability to problem solve and make decisions quickly and effectively
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with peers and Recruiting Team to develop a cohesive environment
