Job Summary

Talent Solution Partners is seeking an experienced Business Development Leader to join our team in New York, NY. As a key member of our IT Services team, you will be responsible for expanding our client base in the SLED/FED verticals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand our client base in the SLED/FED verticals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the SLED/FED markets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the SLED/FED verticals.
  • Collaborate with our IT Services team to develop and deliver proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales interactions, proposals, and client relationships.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in the SLED/FED verticals.
  • Strong understanding of IT services and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
