The Chief Revenue Officer will oversee the execution and strategic direction of ViClarity's plans, working in tandem with the Global CEO, while managing all revenue-generating activities and operations across the U.S. This includes business development, marketing, technology, audit, compliance consulting services, and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business development initiatives, ensuring profitability and financial success within the U.S. market, particularly in technology sales.
  • Accountable for shaping the strategic direction of ViClarity U.S. in partnership with the Global CEO.
  • Build and enhance relationships with key target markets, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Lead and motivate the sales and marketing teams to meet and surpass revenue objectives.
  • Provide leadership and support to the sales team, monitoring performance and implementing strategies to optimize sales effectiveness.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators to evaluate sales revenue performance.
  • Report on revenue targets, sales pipeline, and progress towards goals to the Global CEO and Board.
  • Develop initiatives aimed at improving customer success, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Promote a culture of urgency and agility within the sales organization.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field.
  • Over 10 years of senior leadership experience, preferably in the SaaS/technology sector within a B2B context.
  • Proven track record of leading and influencing cross-functional teams with strong decision-making capabilities.
  • Demonstrated success in crafting and executing effective business strategies.
  • Robust financial acumen with a focus on driving profitability.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to cultivate and maintain relationships.
  • Innovative mindset with a capacity to embrace and drive change.
  • Deep understanding of customer needs, ensuring alignment of revenue strategies with customer experiences.
  • Strong dedication to achieving and exceeding measurable revenue targets and fostering continuous improvement.
