The Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) is seeking an Executive Director to lead the Office of Lottery & Gaming (OLG). This pivotal role involves providing strategic leadership and direction in establishing comprehensive policies and objectives aligned with OLG's mission. The Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing all financial, administrative, and operational aspects of the agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directing, implementing, and approving all facets of the agency's programs, policies, and procedures related to administration, compliance with regulations, security measures, revenue generation, marketing strategies, game innovation, and licensing.
  • Offering managerial insight and support to enhance program efficiency, drive innovation, and promote professional growth.
  • Consulting on significant matters concerning financial compliance, regulatory frameworks, organizational development, and strategic planning.
  • Representing the agency in interactions with local officials, legislative bodies, executives, and senior management.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with industry peers, government representatives, business leaders, and other stakeholders; overseeing the agency's budget and procurement goals.
  • Engaging with community organizations, service clubs, and professional groups to discuss the agency's initiatives; managing technology that supports gaming operations, financial reporting, audits, and compliance with government regulations.
  • Executing additional related responsibilities as required.

Required Qualifications: A minimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience in planning, directing, and managing all dimensions of a lottery's financial, administrative, and operational functions. Demonstrated ability to inspire, develop, and mentor staff to achieve the lottery's vision and objectives. Exceptional written, verbal, and public speaking abilities.
