**Job Title:** Carpet Cleaning Operations Manager

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Carpet Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at Blue Skies Admin Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our carpet cleaning division, ensuring that all cleaning jobs are completed to the highest standards and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of carpet cleaning technicians, assigning tasks and monitoring their performance to ensure that all work is completed to a high standard.
  • Maintain and repair carpet cleaning equipment, and order supplies as needed.
  • Develop and implement cleaning procedures and standards to ensure consistency and quality of service.
  • Schedule appointments with clients and communicate effectively with them to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
  • Provide estimates to clients for carpet cleaning services and handle billing and payment processing.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of all carpet cleaning jobs, including customer information, cleaning methods used, and cleaning supplies and equipment used.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Train new carpet cleaning technicians and ensure they are familiar with cleaning procedures and equipment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or management is preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing a team in the carpet cleaning industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of cleaning procedures and equipment.
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and supplies.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Working Conditions:

  • 9-hour shift.
  • Monday to Friday, with the possibility of working nights and weekends to accommodate client schedules.
  • Must be able to lift heavy equipment and be comfortable with exposure to cleaning chemicals.
