Indrotec, a DBA of IG, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Clean Room Assembler to join our team in a medical device manufacturing environment. As a Clean Room Assembler, you will be responsible for inspecting, trimming, cleaning, and packaging products to customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect and Prepare Products: Inspect products to ensure they meet customer specifications, trim and clean products as needed, and package products for shipment.
- Operate Hand Equipment and Tools: Operate hand equipment and tools used in the assembly process, including gauges, calipers, and tape measures.
- Ensure Quality Products: Ensure quality products are being produced by following work instructions and inspecting parts.
- Read and Understand Operational Quality Inspections: Read and understand Operational Quality Inspections (OQI's) to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain Daily Production Rates: Maintain daily production rates and communicate any issues with equipment, material, or processes to management.
- Perform Assembly and Secondary Operations: Perform assembly and secondary operations as needed, including operating hand equipment and tools.
- Previous Experience: At least 6 months of previous medical device manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Longevity with Previous Employers: Longevity with previous employers is required.
- Basic Computer Skills: Basic computer skills are required.
- Attention to Detail: Attention to detail is essential for this role.
- Organizational Skills: Organizational skills are necessary to maintain daily production rates.
- Shift Options: 6th Shift: Monday-Wednesday & every other Sunday 6:30am-7pm, 7th Shift: Monday-Wednesday & every other Sunday 6:30pm-7am, 8th Shift: Thursday-Saturday & every other Sunday 6:30am-7pm.
$18.00 /hr - $20.00 /hr
